Accomplishments

Mr. Stolze practiced litigation with the firms of Armstrong, Teasdale; Schlichter, Bogard & Denton; and Rathmann, Holland & Stolze. He has experience in all types of civil litigation including insurance defense, FELA, Jones Act, class actions, intellectual property, products liability and professional liability. He has participated in over 100 mediations as an advocate for the parties. Prior to concentrating his practice to mediations, Mr. Stolze was an active trial lawyer handling serious civil litigation throughout the United States. He has tried many cases to verdict, both on behalf of the plaintiff and defendant. In the late 1990’s and early 2000’s he was honored for obtaining the largest verdicts in his field several years running.
