Accomplishments
Linda Hahn is a qualified neutral for the U.S. District Court, E.D. Mo., the 21st and 22nd Judicial Circuits of the State of Missouri. In 1985, she served as a clerk for the Eastern District of the Missouri Court of Appeals. Since 1986, she has devoted her practice to personal injury litigation, serving as both a plaintiff attorney with the firm of Casey & Meyerkord and as a defense attorney with the firms of Kortenhof & Ely and Sanderson & Hahn. She has extensive experience in civil litigation including, general liability, automobile, wrongful death, premise liability, products liability, medical malpractice, employment litigation, and construction law. Ms. Hahn has been a lecturer for CLE seminars on behalf of UMKC School of Law and MATA.
