Mr. Mendillo’s experience includes cases in the following areas: automobile, employment, discrimination, construction accidents, insurance and bad faith, products and premises liability, Fair Credit Reporting Act, legal, dental and medical malpractice and Federal Tort Claim cases. His representation has included both plaintiff and defendant with emphasis on defendant.
