Accomplishments

Partner with the firm of Greensfelder, Hemker & Gale.  Mr. Scott has trial experience in medial and legal malpractice, products liability, premises liability, automobile, insurance coverage and general commercial litigation.  He has been selected to arbitrate and mediate personal injury, commercial and construction disputes and to consult in cases involving excess liability, sanctions and legal malpractice.  Mr. Scott has extensive appellate experience.  He is the recipient of the Illinois State Bar Association John C. McAndrews Pro Bono Service Award.  Mr. Scott is licensed in Illinois and Missouri.
