Accomplishments

Mr. James is a senior partner in Wuestling & James, L.L.C.  In his practice, he has represented both plaintiffs and defendants in all types of personal injury claims, including products liability, premises liability, auto, legal malpractice and wrongful death.  He has also litigated insurance coverage questions that have included permissive use as well as under/uninsured motorist claims.  He was a recipient of the Lou O. Hocker Trial Lawyer Award in 1969.
