Accomplishments

Circuit Judge, 11th Judicial District (1997-2002); Presiding Judge, 11th Judicial Circuit (1999-2000); St. Charles County Counselor (1983-1985); Judge Cundiff was appointed to sit on the Missouri Supreme Court to hear cases as special judge and was admitted to practice before the U.S. Supreme Court.  Judge Cundiff has thirty years of experience in private practice, with extensive experience in the trial of civil cases, including personal injury, contractor liability, title disputes and contract cases.  He was co-lead counsel in an ADA class action suit resulting in the building of a new courthouse and administrative  building in St. Charles County and lead counsel in the ADA class action suit resulting in the building of a new courthouse in Warren County.  Judge Cundiff is a private pilot and a captain with the United States Coast Guard.
