Accomplishments
Mr. Yates started his career with the National Labor Relations Board in St. Louis. He has over three decades of experience representing management in a wide range of industries before Federal and State courts, the National Labor Relations Board, the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, the Department of Labor, State and Local administrative agencies, and in collective bargaining negotiations. Mr. Yates also has extensive experience representing management’s interests under the Employee Retirement Income Security Act. An instrument rated multiengine pilot, David is also panel counsel for the Airplane Owners and Pilots Association. Mr. Yates has participated in numerous mediations. He is also active in a number of professional, civic, religious, and social organizations.
