Accomplishments
Mr. Switzer is a principal in the firm of Danna McKitrick, P.C. He has over 40 years experience in business, contract, real estate, securities, employment (wrongful discharge, discrimination, and retaliation), wage & hour and service contract disputes and related litigation. In his multi-state trial practice he has represented clients before the U.S. Supreme Court and many federal and state courts and administrative agencies. He now concentrates his practice in ADR, having mediated and arbitrated a wide variety of cases since 1995, including mediations under the ADR programs of the U.S. Department of Labor and the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission.
