Accomplishments

Judge Simon now serves as a Senior Judge on the Court of Appeals. Judge Simon joined the firm of Helfrey, Simon and Jones in an “of Counsel” capacity in August of 2003. Since 1979, Judge Simon has served as a Judge on the Court of Appeals for the Eastern District of Missouri. He served as Chief Judge of the Court from 1989-90 and was the Settlement Judge conducting more than 700 settlement conferences. He has extensive experience in all phases of civil litigation matters. Judge Simon has served as Deputy Coroner, Special Assistant Attorney General and State Representative (1967-73). He was also President of the Board of Aldermen for the City of St. Louis (1975-79.)
