Accomplishments
Assistant Attorney General, State of Missouri, 1981-1982, handling primarily employment discrimination cases; St. Louis County Juvenile Court staff attorney, 1982-1986; while an associate and partner of Popkin & Stern, and later an associate of Selner, Glaser, P.C., 1986-1996, represented both plaintiffs and defendants in a variety of civil litigation matters including automobile accidents, medical malpractice and commercial disputes; sole practitioner, 1996-2004, with an emphasis on family law matters and mediation of all types of civil disputes; conducted approximately forty mediations; St. Louis County Family Court Legal Department, 2004-present; volunteer mediator, St. Louis County Government Conflict Resolution Program.
