Accomplishments
Mr. Menghini was a partner with Husch & Eppenberger, St. Louis, until 2001. Previously, he was a partner in the law firm of Evans & Dixon. He has served as general counsel for the St. Louis City Police Board, Lindbergh School District and Tarlton Corporation. As a practicing attorney, he has participated in a wide variety of civil cases, including malpractice, products liability, automobile, defamation, false arrest and malicious prosecution, construction litigation, insurance contracts, discrimination litigation, FELA, and general business litigation. Since 1995, Mr. Menghini has conducted over 400 mediations in a wide array of matters including malpractice, products liability, personal injury, construction, probate, premises liability, FELA, discrimination and business disputes. Mr. Menghini was named a Fellow in the American College of Trial Lawyers in 1984. He served as an adjunct professor at Washington University School of Law from 1981-1983.
