Mr. Martin is a Shareholder with Sandberg Phoenix & vonGontard. He concentrates his practice in the areas of Insurance Law (primarily coverage and bad faith cases); Product Liability and Class Action litigation, and named in The Best Lawyers in America in the practice area of Mass Tort Litigation/Class Actions-Defendants. Mr. Martin has mediated and arbitrated many cases over his 30 years in practice.
He served in the 85th Division of the United States Army Reserves for 7 years, as a drill sergeant. Mr. Martin has participated in numerous presentations and publications for the Claims and Management Alliance and the National Business Institute.
