Dennis Gubbels earned a Bachelor of Science Degree from the University of Nebraska at Omaha in 1976.
He was employed by Union Pacific Railroad for thirty-four years. Dennis was assigned to the railroad Law Department for twenty-five years and held the position of Manager of Litigation for approximately twenty years.
Dennis specialized in personal injury lawsuits filed by railroad workers. He also handled grade crossing accidents and property suits filed against Union Pacific Railroad.
Dennis has worked in the venues of Missouri. Kansas, Illinois. Oklahoma and Nebraska. He has been involved in approximately 200 mediations.
Dennis was certified as a Mediator in January 2009 by St. Louis University Law School.
