Accomplishments
Mr. Carlson has participated in over 40 mediations in Illinois, Missouri and Colorado and has substantial experience in evaluating and negotiating cases. He has tried over 200 injury and death cases in State and Federal Courts in Illinois, Missouri, Kansas, Iowa, Colorado, and Texas. Mr. Carlson is the senior partner and founder of Carlson & Carlson, P.C as well as counsel with Mullen Law Office in Chicago, IL. He received an AV rating, the highest available rating by Martindale-Hubbell. In 2004, he was awarded the Leonard M. Ring Lifetime Achievement Award by the Illinois Trial Lawyers Association.
