Accomplishments
Elizabeth Kohler Callahan is a qualified neutral for the U.S. District Court, E.D. Mo. and the 22nd Judicial Circuit, State of Missouri. From 1994 to 1996, she served as a clerk for the Southern District of the Missouri Court of Appeals. From 1996 to 1999, she served as an assistant prosecuting attorney for Cole County and as a special prosecutor for the Missouri Attorney General’s Office. Since 1999, Elizabeth has been practicing law as both a plaintiff and as a defense attorney. She has extensive experience in civil litigation including, general liability, automobile, wrongful death, medical malpractice, elder law, products liability, and employment law. Elizabeth is a guest lecturer for the University of Missouri-Columbia School of Law Domestic Violence Clinic. She also teaches Evidence at Columbia College.
