Accomplishments
Mr. Brinker is a partner with Brinker & Doyen, LLP. He is also an approved mediator with the Circuit Courts of St. Louis, St. Louis County and with the United States District Court Eastern Division of Missouri. He was named as a Fellow in the American College of Trial Lawyers, 1989. Recipient of the Lon O. Hocker Trial Lawyers Award granted by the Missouri Bar foundation in 1965. As an active attorney, Mr. Brinker has concentrated on defense of civil litigation. Since 1955, his cases have included automobile insurance, medical malpractice, product liability, construction and premises liability. Before beginning mediation training, he represented many clients as an advocate in alternative dispute resolutions. Since his training, he has participated in numerous mediations as a neutral.
