Accomplishments
Mr. Ponfil has served as Chief of Military Justice and defense counsel/prosecutor for General Court Martials. Formerly, has was a partner in the firms of Satz and Ponfil; Blumenfeld, Kalishman & Tureen; Speer, Herzog & Ponfil; an associate in the firm of Hanegan, Roberts & Cole; and most recently, as legal consultant to the May Company. Mr. Ponfil served as Adjunct Professor of Law at Washington University School of Law (1982-1993) and Adjunct Professor of Business Law and Health Law at Maryville University (1995-2003). He has handled a wide range of matters in various Federal and State Courts, as well as before the International Chamber of Commerce Court of Arbitration in Paris, France. He has extensive litigation experience in tort, commercial, anti-trust, securities, damage, business disputes and zoning cases.
